You can use this option to classify junk mail as spam.

This option inserts the result of the spam check in the “subject” header line.
Subject: [spamcheck: spam] Original subject text
This is the default message. It can be overwritten using a template: “spamfilter-
subjects
”. In this template, you can specify a string for each spam check result.
The relevant string replaces the “subject” header line.
A sample template is available in /usr/lib/AntiVir/mailgate/templates/examples.
